A: ibis serves a full buffet-breakfast at Wokks Restaurant. Service is open: Monday to Sunday from 6:30am to 9:30am.

Q: Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we welcome guests with reduced mobility. Our reduced-mobility rooms come with a variety of features that make them accessible for wheelchair users and those with impaired mobility
Q: When is check in/out time?
A: CHECK IN is any time after 2.00pm. CHECK OUT is any time before 11.00am.
We can also offer early check in and late check out. An Early check-in from 8:00am or a Late check-out up to 1:00pm at only $25. Please contact reception for availability and charges outside of these times.
Q: Do you offer free wifi?
A: Yes, we provide free wifi for all of our guests. Premium Wi-Fi with 50mbps download speed is also available – priced at $25 per room.

A: Our cancellation policy differs depending on your type of booking, therefore it is best to contact us directly.
Q: What are your reception opening hours?
A: The front doors will be locked at 11:00 pm each evening. Your room key will give you access through the front doors.
Q: Can I smoke in my room?
A: The Hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area outside the main hotel entrance. Smoking within the hotel may result in cleaning expenses being charged to your account.
